Mr. Winfried Nachtwei

Mr. Nachtwei is a German politician from Muenster, the City of the Peace of Westphalia, and a former Member of the German Bundestag (Green Party) from 1994-2009. As a member of the defence committee and the NATO Parliamentary Assembly he was engaged in the building of institutions and structures for conflict prevention. He is a member of advisory board of the German Foreign Ministry and the Ministry of Defence as well as the board of directors of the United Nations Association of Germany. 
 

Ms. Farkhunda Zahra Naderi MP

In the 2010 Afghan parliamentary elections, Ms. Naderi was elected as the Kabul representative in Afghanistan National Assembly, with the support of National Unity Party of Afghanistan (NUPA).

Ms. Naderi joined the National Unity Party of Afghanistan (NUPA) Hzbi Paiwandi Millie, in order to encourage women’s participation in politics and to cooperate with youths. In 2007, the Central Council of the party appointed Ms. Naderi as the Head of Women’s Committee & Youth Association. From that time, Ms. Naderi succeeded in developing: the organizational structure for Economical, Cultural, Disciplinary and Sport Committees; weekly publication of a youth association; an educational centre and scholarship programme for youth in higher education; and sports and music teams.

Also Ms. Naderi took responsibility for the reconstruction of the Hakim Nasir Khusrow Balkhi Cultural Center and its Public Library having more than 30,000 books, (HNKB) which was founded by her Father, Alhaj Sayed Mansoor Naderi in 1988.

Ms. Naderi commenced her primary and secondary education in Kabul and Baghlan provinces, and completed her baccalaureate in 2001 at Harrow female High School, UK. Thereafter, Ms. Naderi entered A Level in College in England and completed her studies in Tashkent. In 2004, Ms. Naderi joined the Law Faculty at the Westminster International University in Tashkent and from 2004 to 2005, she was the representative to the faculty. In 2007, Ms. Naderi graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the mentioned university.

In view of her community leadership, Ms. Naderi was awarded by Universal Peace Federation the title of Peace Ambassador along with 132 community participants.

Ms. Belinda Neal

Ms. Neal was elected as the Member for Robertson in the 2007 election. She served as the Chair of the House of Representatives Communications, a member of the Treaties Committee and the House of Representatives Legal and constitutional Committee until 2010. She was a Senator representing New South Wales from 1994 to 1998. Ms. Neal was a Gosford City Councillor from 1991 to 1995 and member of the Shadow Ministry from 1996 to 1998. Her areas interests include the promotion of democratic governments around the world, the peaceful resolution of conflict and the enhancement of human and consumer rights.

Baroness Nicholson of Winterbourne

Baroness Nicholson of Winterbourne is a British politician who is currently a member of the Liberal Democrat Foreign Affairs team in the UK’s House of Lords. From 1999-2009, Baroness Nicholson served as a Member of the European Parliament. She was President of the European Parliament’s Permanent Ad-Hoc Delegation for Relation with Iraq and Vice-President of the Committee on Women's Rights of the Euro-Mediterranean Parliamentary Assembly. She also served as a member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Subcommittee on Human Rights.

In 1997, Baronness Nicholson became a Life Peer in the UK House of Lords. She was also a UK Member of Parliament for Devon and West Torridge (1987-1997), and Vice-Chair of the Conservative Party (1983-1987).

Mr. Joseph Nkaisserry MP

Mr. Nkaisserry (Hon Ret Major General) began his career in the Kenyan Army in 1979 where he rose to the rank of Major General. He also served as the Deputy Commandant/Chief Instructor, Defence Staff College. From 1999-2002 he was the General Officer for the Commanding Western Command and Commandant AFTC. Mr. Nkaisserry retired from the army in 2002 and has since been a member of the Kenyan Parliament (Kajiado Central Constituency). In 2008 he was appointed Assistant Minister for Defence for the Kenyan Ministry of State for Defence.

Mr. Eliseo Fabio Nunez Morales MP

Fabio Eliseo Nunez Morales was born in 1972 in the city of Masaya. He studied law and graduated from the Central American University. In 2002 he continued his Post Graduate Studies in Management and Finances at the Technological University of Monterrey.
Mr. Morales held the position of Consul General of Nicaragua in New York. He also served as Secretary General of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure in 2000-2002.
In 2002 he got elected as national executive committee member of the PLC.
Currently, Mr. Morales serves as secretary of the Liberal Alliance of Nicaragua and is member of the Central American Parliament. He is President of the Parliamentarian Group of Democratic Alliance.

Ms. Golalei Nur Safi MP

Ms. Golalei Nur Safi is a fervent women rights activist who has been a member of the Afghan Parliament since 2005. She represents the Balkh province in the north of Afghanistan in the Wolesi Jirga and is a member of High Peace Council.

Ms. Golalai Nur Safi has a medical degree from the Ukraine Medical University and worked as an ophthalmologist at the Kabul medical hospital. From 2002 to 2004, she temporarily immigrated, and upon return in 2004 she worked as a doctor for Medica Mondiale in Afghanistan dealing with traumatized women. From 2004 to 2005, she was the coordinator for the medical group in this organization.
