Fabio Eliseo Nunez Morales was born in 1972 in the city of Masaya. He studied law and graduated from the Central American University. In 2002 he continued his Post Graduate Studies in Management and Finances at the Technological University of Monterrey.
Mr. Morales held the position of Consul General of Nicaragua in New York. He also served as Secretary General of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure in 2000-2002.
In 2002 he got elected as national executive committee member of the PLC.
Currently, Mr. Morales serves as secretary of the Liberal Alliance of Nicaragua and is member of the Central American Parliament. He is President of the Parliamentarian Group of Democratic Alliance.
