Dr. Nosh Afrin Shahab Dowlaty MP

Parliament of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Dr. Shahab Dowlaty was born in 1970 in the Ghor province and graduated from Kabul Medical University in 1992. She worked as a doctor for the Red Cross Agency in Ghor province and as a gynecologist in Herat hospital for several years.
During the transitional terms of the Afghan government in 2002 and 2003, she was elected as a representative of the Ghor province. In 2006, she was elected to the Afghan Parliament.
